Sources & Methodology

Standing policy

Every item in this publication is grounded in primary public sources, cited in place.

Curated briefings draw from official and primary feeds: CISA advisories, the Federal Register, arXiv (cs.CR, cs.AI, cs.LG), the AI Incident Database, and NIST publications. Each briefing item links its original source and preserves the official title of the underlying document.

Analysis essays name their sources inline — regulations, standards, enforcement records, and published research — and make no claims beyond what those sources support. Where a claim is analytical rather than factual, it is framed as analysis.
